Our executive team has over 20 years of experience providing creative technology solutions to companies in the Consumer Goods, eCommerce, Retail and Wholesale industries.

Jack Kurtz
Founder, CEO
Jack Kurtz founded Fortuitas based on a vision to provide high quality solutions and outstanding customer service. In this day and age, he feels that these basic values have been lost to the fast-paced world of technology and business, and that clients deserve something more.
Jack has worked in the software business since 1994, and has functioned at the senior and executive management levels for 5 different consulting firms. He also worked as Vice President of Engineering for Move, Inc. (formerly Homestore), a publicly traded company focused on real estate solutions online, including realtor.com, move.com and many other real estate related online services.
Prior to becoming an executive in the industry, Jack gained a wealth of experience as a software developer and architect, project manager, database architect and database administrator.
Over the years, Jack has also been a well-known public speaker and software instructor in Southern California. He taught object-oriented game programming at the American Film Institute, and taught graduate school at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He was a featured speaker at the University of Southern California (USC) and the Directors Guild of America. In addition, he was a contributing writer for “The Macintosh Bible, 6th Edition”.
When Jack is not busy working at Fortuitas, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing drums and piano, and meditating.
Jennifer Stafford
Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager Jennifer oversees the daily operations of an organization and ultimately has an understanding of a business’s overall goals and objectives.
A self professed country girl, living in the wide open spaces of Santa Clarita, CA, Jennifer has a loving and awesome family and a very recent addition of a grandbaby who has her wrapped around his little finger. “I love the outdoors, so definitely with my family lounging on the beach, boating, or in the yard with my dogs gardening”.
Johnny Gregory
Client Partner
Johnny is a passionate technologist, with over 15 years of experience selling and delivering technology solutions. As a technical consultant, he helps businesses grow by improving their technology stack. As a content marketer he has been creating and growing brand recognition through inbound marketing and content creation.
In his role as Client Partner for Fortuitas he says, “Being in and around the IT Industry this is not only what I do, but it’s what I love. As a technology professional, I am always eager to connect with other influencers in our industry and help lead the way for companies to grow and prosper”.
In his spare time, Johnny is a devoted father of two boys and a self professed nerd who loves video games and the Los Angeles Lakers.
